Structural design and certification were delivered for a residential alteration in Blue Mountains, focused on a internal wall removal, new sunroom and rear deck. iDECS reviewed existing conditions using 3D scans, developed compliant framing and footing details, and issued structural drawings and engineer’s certification to support construction.
